Cancellation Policy

I understand that things come up. If I need to reschedule a session, I will contact Ava directly at least 24 hours before my scheduled appointment whenever possible. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 late-cancellation fee. A no-show is a missed session without notice. A $50 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. Your session will not be forfeited. If you are enrolled in a package, you will still receive all sessions included in your program and can reschedule the missed session based on availability. Please contact Ava directly to cancel or reschedule. Online self-rescheduling is not available.
