Purpose-Built Programs
These programs are purpose-built training experiences, each designed around a specific goal or training focus. While the foundation of each program is intentionally structured, you’ll still receive individualized coaching, modifications, and progressions based on your body and experience.
Before starting, we’ll meet for a complimentary 20-minute check in (video chat or in person) and complete an online questionnaire. This allows me to understand your goals, experience, and individual needs so I can make the appropriate adjustments to your program.
What to Expect
-
4 personalized 1:1 sessions at my private training studio
-
One session per week for four weeks
-
A structured program designed around a specific training focus
-
Modifications and progressions available for every movement
-
Hands-on coaching to improve form, technique, and movement quality
-
Intentional progressions from week to week
Each session builds on the one before it. As you become more comfortable with the movements, we’ll progress the program to continue challenging you and creating meaningful improvement.
Personalized Movement Assessment
After your complimentary check-in, an individualized movement assessment may be recommended to better understand your movement patterns, mobility, strength, and areas that may need additional attention.
An assessment is especially recommended for clients who experience pain or discomfort during foundational movements. This allows me to take a closer look at what may be contributing to those limitations and helps me create a more personalized approach to your training.
Movement Assessment — $50 | 30 minutes
The assessment is a separate service from your training program and is an additional fee. If an assessment is recommended, we’ll discuss it with you before moving forward.
Take Your Training With You
At the end of your four sessions, you’ll receive a collection of movements and exercises selected specifically for you to continue practicing independently.
Use them whenever your body needs them—daily, weekly, or simply as a reset when you need it. The goal is to give you the knowledge and tools to continue feeling strong, capable, and confident in your body long after our four sessions are complete.

Core Connection
$200 | 4 sessions
Do you dread the core work in your classes because you feel rushed, only to feel the burn in your lower back or neck instead of your core?
This four-week program takes a slower, more intentional approach to core training. We’ll focus on breathing, positioning, muscle activation, and control to help you better understand and connect with your core.
The first half of each session focuses on mindful movement and mind-to-muscle connection, helping you become more aware of how your core works within your body. The second half puts that awareness into practice with carefully selected core exercises designed to challenge your core without unnecessarily loading your lower back or neck.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of how to engage your core effectively and a collection of movements you can carry into your future workouts.
Includes:
-
1 30-minute training session per week for 4 weeks
-
Pre-programmed workouts focused on core connection and control
-
Mindful movement, breathing, and positioning techniques
-
Core exercises designed to minimize unnecessary strain on the lower back and neck
-
Exercise modifications and progressions for every movement
-
A collection of core exercises to continue practicing independently
Best for:
Women who want to improve their mind-to-muscle connection, better understand their core, or often feel core exercises more in their back or neck than their abs.
Not recommended for:
Women looking for a high-intensity, heavy-weight core workout.
