I’m a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with a background rooted in both competitive athletics and coaching. I played collegiate lacrosse and spent nearly a decade working with a personal trainer myself, so I know firsthand the value of having a coach who can challenge you, teach you, and help you feel confident in your body.

For the past five years, I’ve coached travel lacrosse teams, traveling with youth and high school athletes around the country to compete against teams from different states. Experiencing different playing styles, levels of competition, and coaching approaches has shaped the way I think about athletic development and what it means to prepare an athlete to perform at their best.

I’m St. Paul born and raised, and I feel deeply connected to this community. Creating a training space on Grand Avenue that feels welcoming, elevated, and intentionally designed for women is something I’ve wanted to bring to my neighborhood for a long time. I’m excited to create a space where women can come to get stronger, learn about their strength, and genuinely enjoy the process.

My continuing education reflects the two areas that have shaped me most: women’s fitness and sports performance. So much of the fitness and health research we see is centered around men. I’m passionate about continuing to learn how women’s bodies, training needs, and experiences can be better understood—and bringing that knowledge into the way I coach.

At the center of my training philosophy is one simple idea: your workouts should challenge you and feel good in your body. I’m strict on form and technique, especially when working with weights, because I want you to build strength with confidence and intention. I come prepared with modifications and progressions for the movements I coach so we can find what works best for your body.

My programs are built primarily around strength training, with mobility, core work, balance, and agility incorporated when they support your goals. Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or you’ve been training for years, my goal is the same: to help you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in your body.
